Norman L. Yates, Jr.
- President
A graduate of the University of Georgia, Norman purchased Yates Insurance in 1969 and continues to work as an agent today.

He's also the owner of two Arby's Restaurants in Dublin and an active member of the community and Pine Forest Church.

Norman and his wife, Gail have four children and six grandchildren of whom they're very proud. He's an avid sports fan and enjoys playing golf.

Allison Yates Clark
- Vice President, Yates Insurance
Allison Yates Clark joined Yates Insurance after graduating from the University of Georgia in 1997 with a bachelor's in business administration.

She is licensed in property, casualty, life and health insurance. In 2008, she received her Accredited Advisor in Insurance designation.

Allison and her husband, Sean, have two children. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends and giving back to the community and Pine Forest Church.

Tiffany Savage
- Receptionist, Yates Insurance
Tiffany joined Yates Insurance in 2008 and is a college student at Heart of Georgia Tech. She received her property and casualty license in 2010 and is looking forward to bringing in new customers and helping them reach their goals.

Gail Wingard Yates
- Broker, Yates Realty, Inc.
Gail Wingard Yates is the broker for Yates Realty, Inc. Her involvement with Pine Forest Church as well as organizations such as the Dublin Service League, Laurens County Helping Hand and Middle Georgia Food Bank earned her the 2010 Laurens County Woman of the Year award for her hard work and dedication to the community.

When not supporting Norman in his various business ventures, she loves to garden, play bridge, and attend club meetings.

Mandy Yates Smith
- Agent, Yates Insurance
Mandy Yates Smith is licensed in property, casualty, life and health insurance. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's in education in 2001 and has worked full time at Yates Insurance since 2006.

Mandy and her husband, Jason, are the proud parents of three daughters and active members of the community and Pine Forest Church. They own the Golden Corral Restaurant in Dublin

She enjoys working with clients and spending time with her family and friends.

Tres Nelson
- Agent, Yates Insurance
Tres Nelson is a native of Dublin, Georgia. He is licensed in property and casualty Insurance. Tres worked in the care industry for 15 years and 6 years in the financial aspect of it.

Tres and his wife, Shannon, have been married for 8 years and have two wonderful little boys. Tres is an avid golfer and a member of First United Methodist Church.

Jessica Shrewsbury
- Commercial CSR, Yates Insurance
Jessica joined Yates Insurance in 2009 and is licensed in property and casualty insurance. She is a college student, pursuing a bachelor's in accounting. Upon graduation, she hopes to continue her career in the insurance industry. Jessica lives in Milledgeville with her husband, Dustin, and their dog, Sashay.

Paula Faircloth
- Commercial CSR, Yates Insurance
A native of Dublin and Laurens County, Paula joined Yates Insurance in 2003. She has experience in both the personal and commercial lines of the insurance industry. A consummate problem solver, Paula enjoys working with clients and providing them with the best possible insurance coverage.

Married to her high school sweetheart, Mike, Paula is an active member of the Dublin Pilot Club and a supporter of animal rights issues. She enjoys reading, shopping and spending time with family.

Dana Tapley
- Personal Line CSR, Yates Insurance
Dana joined Yates Insurance in 2010 as an agent in Personal Lines. Previously, she worked at Rockwell Automation for 12 years. A graduate of Heart of Georgia Technical College, Dana lives in Dublin with her husband and two dogs.

Marshall Jackson
- Commercial and Personal Lines Producer, Yates Insurance
Marshall Jackson has spent almost his entire career at Yates Insurance specializing in personal and commercial lines as well as bonds.

Marshall is an active member of various local clubs, charities, and Christ Episcopal Church. He and his wife, Laurie, keep busy with five children and six grandchildren. Marshall enjoys gardening and birdwatching.

Wendell Grimsley
- Commercial and Personal Lines Producer, Yates Insurance
Wendell has worked for Yates Insurance since 1995 and is a licensed agent in property and casualty insurance. He also has experience with life insurance and sold a variety of insurance products at Geico before coming to Yates. Wendell lives in Danville where he was born and raised. He enjoys dirt track racing with friends.
